Virtual Masterclass
Join Brad online with other advisors around the nation to learn more about how Brad manages his practice. This includes running virtual and in-person workshops, nurturing new leads, walking through the lead to client process, touch points, and others.
This will be a half a day masterclass broken into two sessions.

In Person Masterclass
This masterclass will be in person with ten advisors from around the nation. Brad will go through running workshops with leads, nursing new leads, walking through lead to client process, touch points, and others.
Along with this, you will be able to see more under the hood of Brad’s firm via our handout deliverables, automated systems, and tech stack.
This will be a full day session.

Virtual One on One Coaching
More of a customizable and exclusive experience, Brad will work with you one on one with Andrew, who helps manage Brad’s coaching. This will open the door to action plans you can take back to your practice, and also show you where you can be more efficient with workshops and lead conversion.
This is a two hour session.

In Office shadowing
A much more personal approach, you will be able to come sit in on Brad’s practice for two days. There you will be able to talk through our process, see our deliverables and technology, sit in on advisor visits, listen to workshop follow ups, and see other Fiat processes.
This will be a two day experience.

Internal systems and deliverables
Going through this process will give you deeper and more detailed access than normal to our systems. We will show you what the process/software/handout is and how it can be created to match your own practices and systems.
This will be a visit with the systems manager and give you detailed instructions on how everything works behind the scenes, and how to do it yourself.

Website Redesign
Having a sleek and modern design is key in today’s age if you want good lead attraction and conversion.
Work with our team to create or redesign your current website to match your brand, be more efficient with lead conversion, and show the value you provide your leads/clients.
This process takes generally 2-3 weeks depending on complexity.
